Frozen Shoulder

PUBLISHED ON

"I was told that it typically takes 18 months to 2 years to recover from a frozen shoulder.  In only three months, I have almost complete range of motion and very little, if any, pain.  Needless to say I am very pleased!"

While doing rehab for a broken wrist I managed to develop a frozen shoulder.  I had no range of motion and it was very painful.  I was not seeing any improvement after many visits to a physio, who did an ultrasound and hooked me up to some other machine, then prescribed exercises that I was not able to do because of pain.

"After one appointment less pain in my shoulder than I have had in years"

Since I have had my appointment, I have had less pain in my arm and shoulder than I have had in years. It has actually made me realize how much pain I was constantly in. I have been taking 2 Aleve every night before bed for the past month. After one appointment I have not had to take this medication and have had a super, painfree, no wake-up in the middle of the night sleep. I am so thrilled !! Thank you for what you do.”

"Intrinsi helped me with my shoulder issues"

I like how Intrinsi helped me with my shoulder issues and also gave me advice and a plan to follow in between visits. The breathing techniques help me in a lot of ways – not just to relieve my shoulder issues. I also liked that my Osteopathic Therapist explained everything so thoroughly that I understand root cause, treatment goals, and self-management.
