Valentine Planas De La Morena
Osteopathic Manual Therapist

Valentine recently graduated of the Institut Toulousain d’Ostéopathie in France. Since childhood, she has always wanted to help people. Long attracted to healthcare, she became interested in osteopathy and discovered a real passion for this practice.

During her studies, she was able to work in different areas such as public hospitals, rehabilitation clinics and has experience with a variety of patient groups, including children, athletes and seniors. Her final thesis in her Osteopathy degree was on improving the psychosomatic health of victims of domestic violence, which has taught her a lot about human relations and the important link between mind and body.

These different experiences have helped Valentine to develop a very gentle practice using facial, muscular and visceral techniques that she is particularly fond of. She also attaches great importance to the bio-psycho-social model, which allows her to have a holistic vision of the patient. However, she also practices manual therapy techniques where indicated and is particularly interested in posturology.

Valentine sees each client with a holistic approach, taking into account the way in which the various different aspects of our lives impact our health, from work, to lifestyle, to exercise habits. Her aim is to provide her clients with the tools they need to take charge of their own recovery and live happily and healthily to achieve great things.
